Let’s face it: Valpolicella can be confusing. Is it a grape, a region, a style? Clear up all the questions on the fascinating region of Valpolicella! Learn about the grapes that comprise the blend, the levels of ageing and the styles created. Discover appassimento and what it does to the grapes. We will taste through the wines of Valpolicella Classico, Superiore, Ripasso, Amarone and Recioto and discover that the allowable grape varieties can create very different wines.
