Celebrate the release of our newest beer, Vallée Blanche Belgian Wit, with an evening of great food and beer. Join us in the taproom for a three-course dinner where each dish is crafted with our Belgian Wit, then paired with a Banded Peak beer.

Chef Tony, who has curated a menu that highlights the bright citrus, spice, and refreshing notes of Vallée Blanche.
Banded Brewer, will walk you through each pairing and share the story behind the beers.
