Valley Streams Annual Potluck & Meeting

We are happy to announce that on Saturday October 18, from 10:00 – 1:00, we are having our annual potluck brunch and sangha meeting.

Following the brunch, we will recap the past year’s activities, give an overview of what to expect in the coming months, present our financial picture, acknowledge exiting board members, and introduce our new members.

This is the highlight of our fall social season and not to be missed. So, bring a dish to share, or just show up. We look forward to seeing you there!

9:00 -10:00 Board members arrive: arranging tables, video cart, etc.; coffee, tea, and
water service set up – volunteers needed

10:00 – 10:15: People arriving, putting out their food, informal welcoming, getting coffee etc.

10:15 – 10:25: Welcome! – Dave

10:25 – 11:30: Enjoying our brunch/preliminary clean-up

11:30 – 1:00 pm Annual meeting
