Pick up from Haridwar at 7am on August 7, 2025
Drop back to Haridwar by 6pm on August 13, 2025
ITINERARY :
Day 1 : Pick up by Reserved Car from Haridwar for transfer to Govindghat (9 hours journey). Check in to Ganga Resort, Govindghat. Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner will be taken care of as per the locations fixed by us.
Day 2 : Pick up from Govindghat for visit to Badrinath and back. Reserved Car. Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner will be taken care of as per the locations fixed by us.
Day 3 : Pick up from Govindghat for transfer to Pulna (4kms - half an hours drive) by Shared taxi. Here no reserved car will be available as this journey has to be done by Taxi only. From Pulna start on your trek to Ghangharia (10 kms). Check in at Hotel Kuber Annex. Hotel location Marketplace. Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner will be taken care of as per the locations fixed by us.
Day 4 : Start on your trek to Valley of Flowers from Ghangharia (5 kms one way). Return to your Hotel in Ghangharia the same day. Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner will be taken care of as per the locations fixed by us.
Day 5 : Start on your trek to Hemkund Sahib (6 kms one way). Return the same day to your Hotel in Ghangharia. Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner will be taken care of as per the locations fixed by us.
Day 6: Check out of Ghangharia for trekking back to Pulna (10 kms). Catch the shared taxi for transfer to Govindghat Ganga Resort (4kms drive). Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner will be taken care of as per the locations fixed by us.
Day 7 : Check out of Govindghat for transfer to Haridwar (9 hours drive). Reserved Car. Breakfast & Lunch will be taken care of as per the locations fixed by us.
ACCOMMODATION : Double bed Rooms on different floors with attached bath (WC). Geysers available for Hot water.
TRANSPORTATION:
1. Reserved vehicle from Haridwar to Govindgat, Badrinath and back to Haridwar.
2. Shared taxi for transfers from Govindghat to Pulna and back
FOOD PLAN : Breakfast from Day 1 to Lunch on Day 7. Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner on days of stay.
EXCLUSIONS:
* Any beverages, mineral water, soft drinks or any food consumed outside our package
* Any additional usage of vehicle or any other mode of transport other than what is included in package.
* Any usage of Porter or Mules
CANCELLATION POLICY:
1) 30% will be deducted for cancellations at any time before 120 days of the day of departure..
2) 50% will be deducted for cancellations at any time before 60 days of the day of departure.
3) 100% will be deducted for cancellations at any time bewteen 0 to 59 days of the day of departure.
CHARGES:
All inclusive @ Rs 38,750/- per head on twin sharing of rooms
PAYMENT TERMS :
1) 30% on booking
2) Another 20% before 120 days of the day of departure
3) Balance 50% before 60 days of the date of departure
