Join us for a free fun day, an affirming and inclusive “family reunion” style picnic celebrating our awesome Valley LGBTQIA+ community. This space has a large ball field, active playground, and spray fountains for lots of play. We’ll be providing basic veg/vegan/gluten free/ carne picnic food options, music, and games.
Please bring your labeled potluck favs to add to the day!
Note: We are a family friendly LGBTQIA+ event - we need folx under 18 to be with a parent or guardian. Thanks for understanding!
Thanks to the Community Foundation of the Mahoning Valley, we will have affirming and wonderful security staff on site as well, so everyone can be maximally relaxed.
Things to bring
--A picnic blanket or chairs (there's a pavilion, but let's expand)
--Games and activities for your blanket crew or new crew!
--A friend! It’s a big park! Fill it with your people! Or just bring yourself!
--An interest in meeting a new community member camper!
--And to have fun! So much fun!
