• Entrée (choose in advance):
— Filet medallions with red wine reduction, heart-shaped potato gratin & seasonal vegetables
or
— Heart-shaped wild mushroom ravioli with brown butter sage sauce (vegetarian)
• Dessert: Raspberry semifreddo in a dark chocolate heart with raspberry coulis 🍫❤️
