Treat your special someone to a unique date night this Valentine’s Day at our Winemaker-guided Vertical Tasting, featuring 5 vintages of our acclaimed Cabernet Franc to compare, contrast, and enjoy over live music and the romantic ambiance of our main event space.

You’ll take a journey through time and explore the nuances and variations of the Cabernet Franc varietal throughout every Ashton Creek Vineyard growing season since 2019. Every vintage has its own story to tell about the history of our vineyard, highlighting the different winemaking techniques and growing factors that shaped each bottle.
