Group Sound Healing Experience

This Valentine’s-themed sound healing session is an invitation to slow down, soften, and reconnect,  with yourself, your body, and your breath. Whether you’re coming solo, with a partner, or with friends, this evening is about intentional rest and gentle care.

During the session, participants will be guided through grounding and relaxation, followed by a sound healing experience using singing bowls and mindful auditory tones. You are welcome to sit or lie down, bring your own mat, blanket, pillow, or anything that helps you feel comfortable.

There is no expectation to participate in a certain way. You are encouraged to listen, rest, and move at your own pace. If at any point you feel overwhelmed, you are free to adjust, step outside, or leave early, your comfort comes first.

This event is ideal for:

• Those seeking calm and grounding
• A non-traditional Valentine’s experience
• Individuals practicing self-care or intentional rest
• Anyone curious about sound healing

Space is limited. Payment is required to reserve your spot. This is a group experience, and advance registration is required.
