How the night flows (roughly):

• 7:00 PM — Check-in + grab your first drink
• 7:30 PM — Icebreakers to get everyone relaxed
• 8:00 PM — Speed dating rotations (short & sweet)
• 9:30 PM — Surprise matchmaking segment
• 10:00 PM onward — Open mingling + free-flow drinks till 12am
