Come sample local foods, build your own charcuterie boards, and support the farmers and food makers who grow and make it here, including:
• Dough Baby sourdough
• Heartwood Mushrooms — sampling gourmet mushroom preparations, plus dehydrated gourmet mushrooms, mushroom spice, and grow-your-own kits (pre-order by Feb 10, pick up Valentine’s weekend)
• Arana Orchard haskaps — frozen, freeze-dried, and preserves including Dip Top & pepper jelly
• Fromagerie Kapuskoise artisan cheese
• JR’s Hot Sauce
• Waxwing Commons forest-pastured ham & kielbasa samples
