💖An Evening of Heart Connection
For friends, couples and singles. All are welcome.
Valentine’s Day can be many things. Romantic. Tender. Complicated. Quiet. Celebratory.
This evening is an invitation to step beyond expectations and return to what sits beneath them all. The heart.
In this 3 hour cacao ceremony we gather to explore love as presence, connection and truth. With ourselves and with one another. Held in a safe inclusive and grounded space.
🌹 What This Ceremony Offers
1 Opening the Heart
We begin by arriving slowly. Through ritual cacao we reconnect with the wisdom of the heart and set personal intentions. Love is explored beyond romance including self love, platonic love, embodied love and the love we offer and receive in everyday life.
We will gently reflect on the five love languages as a way to deepen self understanding and relational awareness. This offers a grounded lens for how we give love and how we receive it. Journaling and quiet reflection are included.
2 Authentic Connection and Shared Presence
Guided authentic relating practices invite honest and gentle connection. These exercises are accessible for everyone whether you come alone with a partner or with friends.
We begin with a heart sync practice to co regulate and soften into shared presence followed by eye gazing held with clarity and consent.
After the relational practices there is an open sharing circle. This is a space to speak from the heart or simply listen. Sharing is always optional.
3 Integration Through Sound and Rest
The evening closes with a heart centered sound journey designed to integrate the experience beyond words. Gentle tones, rhythms and voice support deep rest and nervous system regulation.
During the soundbath you are welcome to rest in your own space or cuddle with someone you came with if that feels nourishing. Touch is always optional and guided by consent.
