I'm so excited to be hosting a valentine's stretch & sauna for couples or just anyone you love - bring em' along! my We'll be located at The Forge in Corwen.

Please note this is open to mixed genders unlike my women only sauna sessions!
This two hour gathering is a perfect after work destress and date night where we'll enjoy indoor yoga by the fire, followed by a lovely finish Sauna, (optional cold water dip) finished off with brew & cake.
Spaces are limited to 5 couples.
