Twist & Flow Wellness Studio is excited to offer our first ever Sound Bath experience. We will welcome our host Karen Park and her assistant and husband Kurt Seeman to indulge us in an enveloping evening of deep relaxation. Prepare to be immersed in a variety of sounds including crystal and Tibetan bowls, drums, chimes, gongs, flute, rattle and more! Sound baths are a deeply relaxing and meditative experience where you comfortably lie down and let go!
Along with the meditative and unwinding effects of the sound bath, enjoy complimentary hot tea, chocolate covered strawberries and other valentines themed treats!
Feel free to bring your own mat, pillow(s) and blanket - there are mats available at the studio - to get truly cozy & comfortable.
About our Host:
Karen Park is a wellness facilitator known for leading sound baths, often combined with Yin Yoga or reiki to create relaxing, stress-reducing experiences using various instruments. She provides a beautiful, peaceful setting that can help promote deep relaxation and healing, with a focus on inner harmony and stress relief through sound and guided practice.
