What to expect
- Small-group class (ideal for beginners or experienced aerialist) with individualized attention and a focus on having fun / building confidence.
- 45–60 minutes of instruction and practice, followed by a styled photoshoot.
- Hands-on spotting, modifications for all bodies and fitness levels with coaching on posture and expression.
- Photos: an online gallery with selected edited images.
- Empowering atmosphere: positive coaching, playlist, and quick on-camera prompts to boost confidence.
Bring / wear
- Fitted athletic clothing (no zippers or jewelry), clean hands and feet or grip socks.
- Water, a snack, and a backup outfit if you’d like a wardrobe change for photos.
- Optional makeup/hair touch-up kit for final portraits.
