Enjoy sitting back and bonding over dinner, drinks and dessert; learn about each cocktail crafted from spirits made from Michigan grown grains; and if so inclined take a swing on the dance floor as Pure Blues and Jazz light up the room with an outstanding live performance. 1st Course: French 75 served with a Michigan Salad
2nd Course: Vodka Martini served with Smoked Salmon Deviled Eggs *
3rd Course: Gimlet with White Fish Tacos *
4th Course: Old Fashion served Smoked Pulled Pork Chili
5th Couse: Maple White Russian served with Maple Glazed Coffee Cake
Pure Blues and Jazz is a seven-piece blues/jazz combo band with vocals featuring members of the Monroe Big Band. If you have heard them live, you know you don’t want to miss this evening of amazing music and entertainment! Live music will be from 6:15 to 8:30 p.m.
Michael Fox has over 25-years of experience in the alcohol business and is a master mixologist. Enjoy this rare opportunity to meet Mike and hear him share his in-depth knowledge of how to make your own cocktails from Ann Arbor Distilling’s Michigan made spirits.
