Valentine's Evening - Journeys @ Cellar 65
Searching for a more intimate venue? Join us for an all-inclusive evening at Cellar 65, when Chef Kamal will be creating some beautiful dishes for you and your loved ones!
This all-inclusive event will be a wonderful experience, so join us for a night to remember!
Immerse yourself in the charming ambiance of our intimate venue located at NW Newport Avenue, Bend, OR. Indulge in a night of flavors, exquisite wines, and lively conversation.
Bottles of Dom Perignon and special wines will be available to purchase on the evening.
Ticket costs are per person and include a four course meal, wine pairings, and gratuity for staff.
Menu for the evening will include:
- Welcome glass of Veuve Cliquot
- Fattoush - Meditteranean salad
- Misoyaki Scallops with local black pearl mushrooms
- Glass of white wine - tbd
- Main: Your choice of
- Lamb backstrap - dry rub marinade, roasted with hand-rolled couscous with seasonal vegetables, harissa dressing, lebneh OR
- Chicken roulade - stuffed with pine nuts, dried fruit, orange blossom almonds, caramelized onions and served with a side of chanterelle mushrooms and saffron buerre blanc
- Glass of red/white wine - tbd
- Dessert board to share - a selection of mini tartlettes, persian love cake, cheese and nuts
- Espresso
Please choose your main from the "add-on" menu when purchasing tickets. All dishes are naturally gluten free, with the exception of the couscous (advise your server if you need a GF bread substitution). Other substitutions respectfully declined.
Non-alcoholic options will be available if so desired. Please note that this venue is for 21+ only. For younger guests, please book a reservation for the evening at our upstairs venue, Papillon.
