Valentine’s Day isn’t just about romance — it’s a chance to come home to yourself.Join us for a heart-opening mini-retreat designed to help you release tension, soften your nervous system, and feel more alive—in your body, your breath, and your heart.This is a welcoming, supportive space for everyone: couples, singles, men, women, and complete beginners. You’ll be gently guided through a powerful blend of movement, somatic release and conscious breathwork—so you can reconnect, reset, and leave feeling lighter and clearer.
