Cosy up to that special someone at ‘The Guardhouse’ Valentine’s Evening.Fantastic fresh food cooked specially for you – enjoyed across a warm and relaxed evening – perfect for unwinding and treating both yourself and a plus one. We even have our incredible views to provide that spot of awe and romance to the evening.
Join us on Valentine’s night and enjoy a selection of delicious dishes from the following menu:
For a Starter:
Smoked salmon parcels, filled with prawns and a lemon and chive cream cheese. Served with a salad garnish and balsamic glaze.
or
Bruschetta – fresh tomatoes, onions, olives, basil on toasted sourdough (v)
Palate Cleanser: Passion fruit sorbet
For the Main:
Confit pork belly and garlic mashed potato with a chorizo and cannellini bean stew,
or
A fillet of brill in a mussel and cream sauce, served with garlic mashed potato and seasonal vegetables.
or
Baked pesto, spinach and ricotta canneloni, served with garlic bread (v)
For Dessert:
Lemon posset with homemade shortbread biscuit
or
Tiramisu cheesecake
A wonderful range of wines, local gin, beers and cider will be available to purchase and enjoy throughout the evening.
Arrival time and food served between 6-7:30pm.
Cost per Person: £35 (including a deposit of £10 to be made at time of booking – deducted from the cost of the meal on the night).
Pre-orders for this event are essential and we are able to cater for any specific dietary needs on request – just let us know at time of booking.
