Valentine's Dinner for Two

Make this Valentine’s Day unforgettable for the one you love. Treat your partner to an exquisite 3-course dinner crafted by Executive Chef Pierre El Hajjar, inspired by love.

Your night begins in our private dining space set away from the hustle and bustle of the hotel. Upon arrival, guests will be greeted with a complimentary glass of bubbly to enjoy before the first course, along with a live background serenade by Todd MacLean.

Each guest will have a choice of entrée, with optional wine pairings at an additional cost of $35. Additional drinks will be available for purchase from the bar. To end the night, you'll receive a little memento to take home—a keepsake to remember your special evening together.

Complimentary heated underground parking is included for a seamless, stress-free experience. Ticket price includes dinner for two.

First Course:

OYSTERS THREE WAYS: lemon caviar, ginger mignonette foam, Rockefeller

Second course:

PRIME BEEF TENDERLOIN with potato pavé, roasted root vegetables and cabernet sauvignon reduction

OR

SEARED ATLANTIC HALIBUT with fennel fondue, lobster foam and basil oil

OR

GNOCCHI with wild mushrooms, arugula and parmesan

Third Course:

DARK CHOCOLATE MOUSSE with raspberry coulis, almond dacquoise and mirror glaze
