Grab your favorite person, Valentine or Galentine and join us for a Valentine's Weekend Dessert Class in our Italian Cooking School kitchen - Il Laboratorio/The Cooking Lab.

In this Make & Take Class - You will learn how to make one of Italy's most delicious desserts - Tiramisu - from scratch with Daniela, from Baked by D.

Learn how to make mascarpone cream and layer with ladyfingers to make your very own Tiramisu.

We provide all the equipment and ingredients. This class is designed to be just as fun for the baking/cooking enthusiast or beginners.

All participants receive the recipe via email.

The class will end with a tasting and every person goes home with their very own tray of Tiramisu to enjoy at home.

Daniela is a 1st generation Italian American who moved to NC from Clearwater, Florida where she grew up in her family’s Italian market. That is where Daniela grew a love for baking, cooking and hospitality. She now owns her own businesses Ds Corner Kitchen, where she offers weekly meal prep services. She also owns Baked By D and loves keeping Italian traditions alive by offering classic Italian baked good. Having baked a long side her Italian mother for most of her life, she is excited to share everything she’s learned over the years with people who attend her Italian cookie classes.

All classes are non-refundable; however, we can move your registration to a different date if you are unable to make it to the class (must give us 7 days notice).
