Bring your significant other or come single for a facilitated experience including ceremonial cacao and partnered prompts through breath, touch, and movement.This class is for anyone interested in connecting with others through movement in a conscious, creative way. No experience is necessary.
We will open with a cacao circle, sharing a special brew consciously sourced from family farms in Guatemala. After cultivating warmth in the heart with cacao we will turn inward with ourselves through a Qi Gong inspired breath exercise, listening to how our bodies want to move organically, and cultivating a grounded connection to our own center. From there, we will gradually build toward moving with others through partnered prompts, allowing shared movement to arise from presence and truth.
