You are invited to meditate, journal & share in a safe scared space while connecting to the divine wisdom & energy, allowing for deep connection, self-discovery, healing & growth. The harmonic frequencies of sound help quiet the nervous system, release stored tension, and create space for clarity and serenity; gently guiding your body and mind toward deep relaxation, surrender, embodiment & healing.
All participants will receive a journal & cup of warm Cacao to sip on.

Ceremonial Cacao is rooted in ancient wisdom and used to open and heal the heart chakra as well as elevating one's frequency and consciousness.
** Sound Bath:
A meditative experience where you relax, often lying down, while being immersed in therapeutic sounds from instruments like crystal singing bowls, gongs, and chimes, creating vibrations that calm the mind, reduce stress, release tension, and promote inner peace.
** What to bring:
* wear comfortable clothes
* bring a yoga mat, blankets, pillows, bolsters (anything that will help you feel comfortable)
* eye pillow or mask
water
* please arrive 15 mins early to find parking, for check-in and to set-up/cozy
