From Safety → Self-Love → FreedomOn Valentine’s Day, we’re offering a space to come together not to perform love or chase it outward, but to slow down, soften, and reconnect with ourselves in a shared, intentional space.
This Salt & Sound Ceremony is an invitation to step out of survival mode and into something more spacious. Through sound, salt, breath, and gentle reflection, we’ll explore how we protect ourselves, how we love ourselves, and how we can begin to move with more freedom — together.
Salt has been used for centuries as a sacred purifier and vessel of intention. Sound has long been used to regulate the nervous system and create harmony in the body. Paired together, they create a powerful container for release, grounding, and renewal.
This is not about fixing anything.
It’s about honoring where you’ve been and choosing how you move forward — supported, seen, and held in community.
