No equipment required to attend, we have plenty of rope to get you started, but please feel free to bring your own if you have it. Recommended to bring: a water bottle and blanket. Light snacks will be provided. Attire should be comfortable and form fitting clothing that allows for movement, similar to how you would dress for a yoga class.
