Workshops are a fun and exciting way to experience past life regression in a light state of trance. In an intimate group setting, we will use a method for group regressions adopted from Dolores Cannon to explore your past, meet your Guides, and gain access to information that could transform your life. Please note that because we will be in a group setting, we will be staying in a very light state of trance. Participants will get a glimpse of what type of insights can be uncovered in a deeper, private QHHT (Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique) session. A workshop is a wonderful way to begin exploring past lives in a fun, calm, and safe environment.

What to bring:

• A journal or something to write on. You will want to be able to take notes on your experience, since memories of the images tend to fade away over time, like a dream
• Comfortable clothes
• Water
• Anything else you need to get comfortable while sitting down. We will be sitting upright in chairs and couches to keep from falling asleep

How is a past life regression workshop different from a private past life regression (QHHT)?

Workshops are group settings, where we will stay in a lighter state of trance because it is important for the participants to be able to remember their experience and write it down afterwards. In a private session, we use a deeper state of trance because the sessions are recorded and the client is able to review the recording afterwards. Private sessions are also much longer (5-6 hours)!

What will it feel like?

The light trance state will feel just like a guided meditation. We will use the imagination space in your right brain - the same visualization/feeling centers you use to dream 😊. You will not feel out of control of your body. It will feel like a very gentle and natural state to be in.

What if I can't go into trance?

Everyone can go into trance! You do it multiple times a day, every day. It happens when we go into deep thought while showering, or when we stare at the road for a long time while driving. It's a very natural state to be in. In this group session, we will combine a light state of trance with the visual/feeling centers of our brain to access important information that you are meant to find.

What if I feel like I'm making up what I'm seeing?

A lot of people feel this way, even in private sessions. It is extremely normal to feel like we are somehow influencing the experience with our conscious minds, because our Higher Selves are so deeply connected to us and are actually sending us visuals and messages constantly. We often mistake those Higher Self messages for our own conscious thoughts and ideas! Thus, we think we are making it up ourselves. However, rest assured your Higher Self is always pulling the strings, and they are ensuring that you see exactly what you're meant to see. Everything always makes sense and comes together at the exact right time.

Can I be healed through a workshop?

It is rare, because we will not go as deep as a private session, but it is possible and has happened before! You will always receive exactly what is meant for you.

How many people will be in the workshop?

To create a safe and intimate setting for everyone to drop into, the workshop will be limited to no more than 10-12 attendees.
