You will start with fun, playful partner yoga poses in our Main Studio, and then move into Studio B, "The Cozy Studio", for an intimate Restorative Sound Bath. We will finish the event by celebrating with a flute of champagne and chocolates. 🥂🍫
Space is limited to 6 couples, so do not wait to save your spot! Adam began teaching Valentine’s Partner Yoga at Balance from 2016 - 2019, and we are excited to bring this offering back to the community!
