Valentine's Day Pairing, by Serpentine Cider & Smokehouse

Enjoy an intimate meal inside our private event space! You will enjoy a 3-course meal with cider pairings! Tickets are $65/person and include:

1. Amuse-bouche: Grilled oyster, garlic butter, parmesan crisps, bacon mignonette, paired with brandy
2. First course: Black strap boniato potato, smoked salmon roe, chive flowers and Fresno chili rings, paired with Dry Apple cider
3. Main course: Short ribs on the bone, smoked cheddar grits, vegetable brunoise, orange gremolata, with Raspberry Blackberry cider
4. Dessert - Cider bundt cake with burnt sugar ice cream, bourbon caramel pecans, with Passion Fruit cider

Guests will also receive $5 off a crowler of cider to take home with them from the event if they choose!
