Class Experience
It's Valentine's Gift Making Day!
In this hands-on class, participants will learn how to melt chocolate and create beautifully decorated strawberries. Each student will decorate six strawberries, which will be carefully arranged in a special gift box, perfect for gifting.
Participants will also assemble adorable cake jars, layered with cake and frosting, making them charming gifts. Each jar will include a lid, raffia ribbon, and a small brown paper label for a personalized touch.
Students will learn how to make chocolate cupcakes, buttercream frosting and chocolate ganache.
A variety of candies and decorations will be provided so students can get creative with their designs.

Classes are approximately 90 minutes – 2 hours
Price is per person, and unfortunately, Sawyer is limited in its ability to register multiple adults for a single class. So, if you would like to register another adult for this class, you must sign them up as your child. Simply choose "ADD CHILD” and enter your guests name and a birthday. This will allow you to register another participant. Price is per person, so it will add the additional cost for the seat. Or you can have your guest(s) create an account and register themselves separately.
