- Salad: Frisse greens topped with apples, pears, red onions, candied walnuts, house-made croutons, aged cheddar & drizzled with apple cider-honey vinaigrette.
- Main Course: - Mongolian Beef with onions & broccoli.
- Main Course: - Chicken Roulade - roasted whole chicken (bone out) rolled, tied and stuffed with spinach, apple, pears & brie.
- Main Course: Blackened Salmon with a bourbon maple glaze.
- Sides: House made rolls with infused whipped butter, Thai Chili Brussel Sprouts, Scalloped Potatoes & Creamy Mac & Cheese
- Desserts: Mini Creme Brulee's, Chocolate Truffles, Red Velvet Cupcakes topped with Raspberry Cream Cheese Frosting & Fresh Raspberries.
