We're getting in the cold river! Come ready to walk into the Willamette River with a group of local coldies!
What to expect:
Gather at the boat ramp at 10am
Dress down to swimwear
Line up at the edge of the water and count down from 3
Walk in to crouching depth
DIP!
We will start a 5 minute timer
Stay in as long as you want/can stand
Exit water, wrap up, and giggle (probably)
What to wear:
Swim suit
Water shoes/sandals
A robe, coat, or cover-up for pre- and post-plunge
Optional: bring a cup for post-plunge hot chocolate and coffee
