Join us at Pearlescent Candle Co. in Spotsylvania Towne Centre for a fun, hands-on Valentine’s candle-making experience in Fredericksburg, VA! You’ll learn the art of candle making with our expert instructors—mixing, pouring, and creating a candle that’s totally you. Bring a date, your bestie, or come solo and leave with something you’ll love (and a new favorite hobby).

What’s included (aka, everything you need to make something amazing):

One 8oz red gradient jar with a bamboo wood lid to pour your coconut-soy candle into
Color your candle your way with 24 dye options (including multiple reds + pinks!)
25+ fragrances to choose from, plus you can mix and blend to create your own custom scent
45+ shimmer sparkles to sprinkle on top for that extra wow + glow
Step-by-step guided instruction from our team (we’ve got you!)
Decor station goodies: blank labels, seasonal stickers, pre-made labels, and markers to personalize your jar and lid

During the workshop, you’ll learn the secrets to making beautiful, great-smelling candles from start to finish—choose your vibe, blend your fragrance, and create something you’ll be proud to take home. Whether it’s your very first pour or you’re already candle-obsessed, this experience is perfect for every skill level.

We’ll have everything ready for you—all materials, tools, and step-by-step guidance—so you can jump straight into the fun. Find us at Pearlescent Candle Co. inside Spotsylvania Towne Centre, right next to Cinnabon (yes… it smells amazing).

Important Notes:
-Your workshop time slot will be an hour long but most people typically finish within 35-45 minutes. Please arrive on-time and not more than 10 minutes late. If you are more than 10 minutes late, you may be moved to a different time slot.
-A parent OR guardian is REQUIRED for anyone under 18. Adult attendees with minors may not leave them unattended, you must stay with the minor the entire workshop.
-Since we will be handling hot wax, a waiver is required to be signed before you begin your class. Any unsafe behavior will result in being removed from the class. Parents or guardians must sign a waiver for anyone under 18.
-Your candle must set and cure for 30 minutes after your workshop. You're welcome to walk the mall or grab a bite to eat while you wait for your candle to set!
