Event details and schedule
The Winter Fitness Series supports healty lifestyle for youth and adults. All races begin at 10:00 am sharp. Packet pickup and race day registration opens at 8:30 at the park office. Proceeds from the event benefit all go to support the USATF Nebraska Association Long Distance Running (LDR) Program.
The weather forecast should dictate your outfitting for race day. Please bring your mittens and warm dry clothes if you choose to change post run.
You will be directed to park next to the cabooses just inside the park. You will need to purchase a 2026 Nebraska Game and Parks permit for your car. NGPC - Login (gooutdoorsne.com) This will be good for the entire Winter Fitness Series.
