The Menu - $75 per adult
🌹 Off the BBQ:
- Low and slow 12 hour cooked beef brisket, sticky smoked maple jus.
- Chicken satay skewers, satay sauce and crunchy toasted peanuts.
- BBQ Lamb kebabs, marinated in garlic, lemon and oregano. Served with smoky baba ghanoush
- Vegetable kebabs, red onion, button mushrooms, capsicum, zucchini and cherry tomatoes. Brushed with basil oil.
- Grilled Haloumi, lemon, parsley and cracked pepper
❤️ Salads & Sides:
- Build your own Caesar salad, crunchy croutons, Cos lettuce, creamy Caesar dressing, grilled bacon, eggs, anchovies and parmesan cheese.
- Salad of capsicum, cucumber, Kalamata olives, Greek fetta, tomatoes and red onion. Served with lemon basil vinigrette.
- Green leaves, spinach, endive, coral and butter lettuces, Italian style dressing.
- Jacket potatoes, served with butter sour cream and chives.
