Celebrate Valentine’s Day with an intimate, one-night-only collaboration dinner at Alder & Sage, featuring the creative talents of Brown Butter Boys Chef Michael Romo.
This elevated tasting experience brings together refined technique, seasonal California ingredients, and bold, thoughtful flavors across a seven-course progressive menu. Guests will begin the evening with a sparkling welcome, followed by a carefully paced culinary journey and curated beverage accompaniments by Nosotros. Each guest will also receive exclusive take-home gifts from both chefs.
