16-17 BOOK IN PERSON for tattoos
You'll need original birth certificate, physical photo ID (school, state, passport) and parent on birth certificate must be present with their ID.
🛑 We don't accept e-check as valid payment. All sales are final. This event is non-refundable amd not transferable. Appts must be kept.
