Join SPICE Studio for our first-ever Valentine Rage Retreat at SMASHRx 💥📅 February 14 | 11:00 AM–1:00 PM
Participants must register via the Google Form AND purchase their rage room ticket through the form to receive the discounted price. The link to purchase your ticket will be provided at the end of the Google Form.
Want to make a full morning of it? Start your day with Lauren’s rage-themed Barre class at 9:15 AM at SPICE Studio (sign up separately in Mindbody), then we’ll head to SmashRx in Lexington Park for two hours of smashing fun. Long sleeves & pants are encouraged. Protective gear will be provided.
Participants will rotate through 3-person and 5-person rage rooms.
Event is capped at 18 people.
