About this Event
We are partnering with SimplySarahCharcuterie, to bring this beautiful heart-shaped Charcuterie Board and milkshake event to OEC. During this workshop, you'll be making an 8” heart board with 2-3 Meats, 3-4 Cheeses, Seasonal Fruits and/or Veggies, and some assorted Carbs. 😃 In addition a 1.5 oz glass jar w/ local honey, a 1.5 oz glass jar w/ homemade jam, and some Fresh Herbs/Fresh Flowers will be included. In addition you will learn tons of information about cheese, charcuterie, and how to build a perfect board!
At the end of the event, participants will have a beautiful board to take home and enjoy with friends & family throughout the weekend.
