💗 Valentine’s Day Sound Bath
Valentine’s Day can be loud, busy, and centered around expectations. This is a quieter option.
Join us for a calming, full-body sound bath designed to help you relax, settle your nervous system, and enjoy the evening in a grounded, intentional way. Gentle sound frequencies support deep rest, mental clarity, and physical relaxation as you lie comfortably and let your body do what it already knows how to do: unwind.
We’ll begin with a gentle guided meditation, then transition into sound. This experience is ideal if you’re spending Valentine’s Day solo, taking a night for yourself, or wanting a more peaceful alternative to the usual plans.
🧘♀️ What to Bring
Please bring anything you need to be comfortable and warm:
• Yoga mat
• Blanket
• Pillow or bolster
• Cozy layers or socks
No worries if you don’t have these we have mats, blankets, bolsters, and pillows available, so you’re welcome to show up with nothing at all.
