Please come join us for a special offering for Valentine’s Day AND the 1st official offering in the new Kaukauna location! Self-Love Yoga will be compassionately led by Heidi Heimerl. Heidi has a connected and intuitive style of holding space for those she is guiding, letting you feel comfortable and supported. Come and let her gentle and melodic nature carry your mind and body through a grounded and heart centered hour long session.
In partnership, a Sound Bath will be provided by Cassandra, owner of AM Authentically Me. She will fill the room with reiki energy before intuitively playing a self-love inspired sound bath using crystal sound bowls, gong, symbols, Tibetan Bowls, and chimes to help you relax and surround you in healing vibrations. This will take you deeper into each pose Heidi guides you through.
This offering will be held on February 14th, Valentine’s Day, 2026.
