Valentine’s Day Mini-RetreatCultivating Mindful TLC
SATURDAY, February 14th, 1:00-3:00pm ❤️
This Valentine's Day, we invite you to join us at Karma House for a gentle, soul-nourishing two-hour mini retreat centered on cultivating mindfulness, tenderness, and compassionate care.
Rather than focusing on romantic expectations, this experience offers space to slow down and reconnect with your heart.
Throughout the afternoon, four facilitators will guide you through a thoughtfully woven journey of meditation, reflection, and creative expression.
We start with a grounding opening meditation followed by a heart coherence meditation-- a guided practice to align breath, heart and awareness-- supporting emotional balance, self-compassion, and inner harmony.
The second hour of our mini retreat continues with reflection and creative writing through a guided meditation and free writing for you to reflect on your personal growth. Here, you can write a love letter to yourself or move into the creative closing-- sharing love outward to the community in the form of a hands-on art experience where you can create a heart- to-heart valentine for a hospice patient of one of our facilitators or for someone you personally care about in your life.
This mini retreat is a gentle invitation to practice self-love as a living, embodied experience-- one that honors both where you've been and where you're going.
No prior meditation or creative experience needed.
All materials provided.
Come as you are. Leave nourished and connected and reminded that you are worthy of your own love and care that naturally flows outward to our families, friends, neighborhoods, communities, cities, nation, and the world.
Donation: $40 OR Bring-a-Friend for $10 off 2 tickets
