For Valentine’s Day 2026, guests will enjoy a refined four-course menu by Executive Chef Hervé Borghini. Bordeaux-born and Michelin-trained, his cooking blends classic French technique together with a modern, confident edge.

Each ticket includes a four-course Valentine’s Day menu and a celebratory glass of G.H. Mumm Cordon Rouge Champagne.

With limited seatings available for both lunch and dinner, bookings are strongly recommended.
