Valentine’s Cocktail Mixology Event

Join us for a hands-on cocktail-making experience. Bring your love, your BFF, or your favorite plus-one — because cocktails are better when you make (and drink) them together.

This guided workshop will be led by Cris Dehlavi, a Division Educator with Diageo, who will walk guests through expert mixology techniques, cocktail fundamentals, and pro tips you can actually use at home.

• A signature Old Fashioned made with Bulleit Bourbon
• A rich, perfectly balanced Espresso Martini featuring Mr Black and Ketel One

Guests will work in pairs to craft two cocktails per duo, using shared shaker tools, with all ingredients and materials provided. No prior cocktail or bartending experience needed — just come ready to shake things up, learn something new, and enjoy a great night out.

Complimentary light bites are included during the event. Additional drinks will be available for purchase. Please note, the kitchen will not be open for full dinner service.
