Valentine’s Chef’s Tasting & Wine Dinner
Celebrate Valentine’s weekend with an intimate, chef-driven tasting experience at The Hamilton Alpharetta. Join us for a curated multi-course dinner highlighting refined, seasonal cuisine paired with wines from Moret-Breaylnn & Adam Lee, known for expressive, thoughtfully crafted California wines.
The evening begins with an elegant Oyster Royale and unfolds through Linguine alla Vodka, Roasted Duck Breast, Wagyu Striploin, and concludes with a decadent Moelleux au Chocolat. Each course is designed to complement the wines, creating a seamless progression of flavor, texture, and romance.
