Vagus Nerve WorkshopNewburgh Public Hall
Sunday 24th November
2 - 4 PM
Join me for an afternoon of learning about The Vagus Nerve.
The Vagus nerve originates in the brain and regulates the major bodily functions of the lungs, heart, stomach and intestines and manages the Autonomic Nervous System.
Low vagal tone can be associated with inflammation in the body, negative moods, loneliness, digestive issues, PTSD, chronic pain or getting stuck in 'fight or flight'.
High vagal tone can lead to better health, positive social connections, more resilience, positive emotions and the ability to easily go from stress to relaxation.
Arrive at 2pm for a talk on the Vagus Nerve.
We will then have a short break followed by a Yoga session which will include practices to improve vagal tone such as chanting, pranayama and postures.
Exchange is £20 per person.
Message me or email me at [email protected] to book your space.
