Want to learn how to make molds for chocolate! Our TAs will demonstrate how to utilize the Vacuum Former in the MakerSpace to make chocolate molds. Participants will have the opportunity to create their own molds, learn about food safety when using machines, and make their own chocolates. You will melt a chocolate base, add colorings and toppings, and use the mold to make your very own designer chocolates. All materials will be provided.
*This workshop is open to all current NYU student, staff, and faculty and will take place in-person at the NYU MakerSpace located in the Tandon School of Engineering on the Downtown Brooklyn campus.*
