The Crawford County Commission on Aging & Senior Center, in partnership with DHD #10, will be offering both Flu and COVID-19 vaccinations. No appointments, walk-in only. Parents must accompany minors. There is a $40 administration charge for each vaccine, which will be billed to insurance. This fee may be reduced based on a sliding scale if income and family size are provided. For those without insurance, the cost is $25 for the regular flu vaccine or $99 for the high-dose flu vaccine. The COVID-19 vaccine costs are $148 for Moderna (ages 6 months to 11 years), $95 for Pfizer (ages 5 to 11 years), and $169 for Pfizer (ages 12 and older). These costs do not include the administration fee. Payment for individuals without insurance will be billed after the visit. Both flu and COVID-19 vaccinations will be available.
