We've received alerts about the rise in the Vacant Land Scams, prompting us to organize this class to keep our members informed and vigilant against these fraudulent schemes.
The Land Title Association of Colorado and the Colorado Association of REALTORS® first identified this new fraudulent scam in May 2022, which has swiftly become an ongoing problem for our area. This scam primarily targets vacant land , particularly properties owned "Free and Clear."
