About Chef Maria Luisa 🧑🍳
Maria Luisa Manca is a passionate and accomplished Italian cooking teacher with over 15 years of experience in the culinary arts. Born and raised in Sicily, Italy, Maria Luisa grew up surrounded by the rich flavors and traditions of Italian cuisine. Her deep love for cooking was cultivated in her family's kitchen, where she learned the secrets of authentic Italian dishes from her grandmother and mother. Maria Luisa's classes are not just about cooking; they are about experiencing the true essence of Italy. She emphasizes the importance of using fresh, high-quality ingredients and shares the cultural and historical contexts of the dishes she teaches. Her hands-on approach ensures that students gain practical skills and confidence in the kitchen.
Ticket Policy
Please be aware that if we don’t reach the minimum number of tickets sold for the class, we may need to cancel the event. In that case, we’ll gladly assist you in transferring your ticket to another class of your choice. Thank you for your understanding!
Classes are non refundable. If you can no longer make your class, you are able to modify the date/time of the booking, up to 72 hours prior to the event, or can transfer your ticket to a friend. After 72 hours, refund, exchanges or modifications are not accepted.

Each class will be taught by our amazing local chefs and feature a unique pasta shape. The paired sauces will be chosen to perfectly complement the pasta. We’re so excited and can’t wait to share this experience with you!
