🕒 Cadence & Time: — 5 session series, Wednesdays from 7:00–8:00 PM.
🚆 Transportation: Take the Metrorail to the Coconut Grove Station, exit, and walk South towards 28th Lane
🚗 Parking: If you drive, please use the metered spaces and nearby parking lots located at Coconut Grove Metrorail Station.
Walk or bike: (bike racks are located at The Inter Grove Gallery) located at 4074 M-Path, Miami, FL 33133.
🌿 What to expect: Led by La Pauline Moreno, Yogatón is a dynamic yoga fitness class blending movement, energy, and flow for all levels. Engage your body and mind while connecting with a vibrant community in a supportive outdoor setting.
What to bring:
- Exercise mat
- Towel
- Refillable water bottle
- Comfortable clothing for movement
