This meetup is about the full spectrum of UX, product and the people behind it. We invite anyone who is as passionate as we are about making the world more human-centric (and who makes a living doing it).
In our fourth and final session of the year, Amira Abo Doh and Sabine Fentker, both UX designers at heart and co-founders of EasyEqual, will talk about "Accessible UX for Designers: Master Accessibility with Ease".
With the 2025 accessibility law fast approaching, Amira and Sabine will make it easy for designers to master WCAG, BITV, and other guidelines. In this session, you'll learn practical, hands-on techniques for creating and testing accessible designs. Small tweaks, big impact — let’s boost usability and business success together!
This session is perfect for (senior) UX designers who are ready to make the digital world more accessible.
Our very own Christin Herrmann will be moderating this session. After their talk, you can ask Amira and Sabine all your burning questions. It's perfectly fine, if you don't feel like sharing in front of the whole group – you can always have a private chat with Amira, Sabine, Christin and the rest of us in the networking session afterwards.
Join us at our "House of UX" in the heart of Friedrichshain, where we will take care of you with refreshments and pizza.
You have the option to:
- register for a limited on-site spot or
- watch the live stream .
🎤 Our Speakers
, Co-Founder Easy Equal & Freelance UX Designer
With a background in marketing, Amira discovered her passion for UX design, blending it with marketing expertise to create inclusive, commercially successful experiences. In the public sector, Amira focused on accessibility and social integration through her volunteer work at ReDi School. She is convinced that accessibility is a key factor for high-quality, effective UX. Today, as a freelance UX designer, Amira specializes in making accessible design clear, engaging, and economically viable. Through her new venture with Sabine, they are helping other designers integrate accessibility in ways that drive both inclusivity and business success.
, Co-Founder Easy Equal & Founder Native Creative GmbH
With 10+ years of UX design experience, Sabine began with A/B testing and conversion optimization. Now, she leads her own agency, partnering with clients like Bundesdruckerei and startups to create accessible digital solutions. Her studies in the US shaped her innovative mindset, but Sabine returned to Germany, driven by a commitment to equality and social cohesion. During the pandemic, she taught UX design online, which highlighted the urgent need for digital accessibility and values-driven design — now the core mission of her agency and every project they take on, leading to the creation of Easy Equal.
